Customer service chat is closed on 31 May.
If your query concerns Master's application, please contact our advisors at masters-admissions(at)helsinki.fi
In other queries our e-mail address is: admissions(at)helsinki.fi
Please do not send messages containing personal information (e.g. identity number or other confidential information) via e-mail.
Our chat service is open 24/7. Your questions will be answered by Hubot, Admission and Student Services' customer service chatbot. Hubot can answer in Finnish, Swedish and English. If Hubot does not know how to answer your questions, it can transfer the conversation to an admissions advisor during our service hours..
You can also reach us via chat. The chat is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12.00 to 14.00 (Finnish local time). The chat window can be found on the right side of this page.
The chat service works best for brief questions regarding applying. Please contact us by email if you need further admission advisement. To make the procedure easier you can mention if you have already contacted us by email. Please do not copy an entire email to the chat conversation. Please note that during the busiest times an admission advisor might have several chat conversations going on at the same time.
To use the chat service, you must accept functional cookies for the University website. You can adjust your cookie settings through cookie management. The same link is also found in the website footer. If the chat window does not appear automatically, refresh the page after accepting cookies.
Our phone service is open again on 23 May from 12.00 to 14.00 (UTC +3).
